How do I find a magazine from a specific month or year?
For the exact date of the item you are looking for, search (ideally with ” ” around words for an exact match).
For example: “September 1982”
Some searches may not be found even though the item may be available in our store.
An example would be: “Golden Globe 1996″ (with ” “). This will not bring up any matches because those words do not appear in that exact phrase in our shop. Instead, searching for Golden Globe 1996 (without ” “) will give better results. (Alternatively, you can browse manually in the relevant category for the magazine you require).
How do I find someone featured on the cover of a magazine?
If you are looking for a magazine cover featuring a particular person, type (with ” ” around words), for example: “Marilyn Monroe”.

How do I place an order online?
To make a purchase, add an item(s) to the shopping basket. All shop prices are shown in UK British Pound Sterling GBP (Great British Pound). Shop prices do not include shipping. Shipping is added at the checkout. Select all items you want to buy and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely online using PayPal
I’ve placed an order. What happens next?
Once you have placed your order and made the payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This lets you know we have received your order. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom within 5 days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends/bank holidays). We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched.
Are the magazines new or used?
Many items are brand new, but some are used (“second-hand”). Most magazines we sell are now long out of print, so please refer to the magazine description in our shop where we specify the exact condition. We check all magazine pages to identify the condition and will clearly state any defects. Each magazine in our shop is graded according to condition. (See below for grading).
How do you grade magazines?
We grade magazines according to condition. We thoroughly check the magazine for signs of wear/damage and we specify the condition for each item. Many magazines are in excellent unread condition. However, some magazines do show signs of wear and are graded accordingly. See below for a general guide to conditions:
- New unread condition: brand new, unread condition
- Excellent condition: unread, excellent throughout
- Very good condition: almost as new, with minimal signs of wear
- Good condition: read condition, light finger creasing, light wear
- Fair condition: tears, creasing, generally well-read
- Poor condition: tears, creases, very well-read, may have some pages loose/missing
How do I order a magazine not listed on your website?
We have a wide range of magazines for sale in our shop. We still have hundreds of magazines to catalogue before being placed on our website. If you are looking to order back issues of magazines that are not displayed in our online store, we may have the copy not yet listed for sale. Please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help
Do you sell digital magazine downloads?
No. We do not sell downloads. We only sell the original paper issues.
Can you photocopy or scan a particular article for me?
No. We cannot photocopy pages from magazines due to copyright.
